Incorporation Services
- Registration with the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
- Registration with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre.

Company Secretaryship Services
- Assist with organising meeting of the board of directors of the company as required by law.
- Assist with organising annual general meetings as required by law.
- Assist with effecting changes in directors, auditors, and other corporate changes and notify the appropriate regulator.
- Assist with filing annual returns with the Office of the Registrar of Companies annually as required by law.
- Assist with renewal of registration with the Data Protection Commission under the Data Protection Law.
- Assist with renewal of registration with the GIPC as is required under the GIPC law.

Legal Support Services
Our legal advisory/consulting services will support management in ensuring that the entity remains fully compliant with all applicable laws
and regulations. The nature of these services include:
- Contracts review and drafting: when requested, we will assist with full lifecycle of commercial contracting, including reviewing, drafting, negotiating and standardising agreements to ensure compliance with Ghanaian law and international best practices;
- Transaction advisory: if instructed by you, we will provide transaction-related legal support, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents like confidentiality arrangements, indicative term sheets and letters of intent. Where also requested, we will also undertake legal due diligence to identify potential risks, red flags and compliance gaps; and
- General legal advisory: we will provide ongoing legal counsel on operational matters to enable compliant and efficient operations.
